The more I pushed, the more things chipped away at me, my confidence and energy. Eventually I hit burn out and experienced a full-scale burnout. But it needn’t have been that way.

Roxy had been amplifying the voices of body positive folx for years via the BBC, but she felt Asian womxns  stories weren’t being heard. So, we worked to develop her new podcast to give this group a platform to share all things sex, relationships and body positivity with the goal of educating, entertaining and bridging the gaps between generations and across Asian communities.

Jess was juggling clients and her wellbeing started to suffer as a result. We broke down her large projects and simplified the way she was managing the new websites and content strategies for her clients. This enabled her to be more effective and improved her focus so she could deliver both on time. Importantly, it helped her develop boundaries that nurtured her mental health and brought her closer to her longer term personal and professional goals of ‘more life, less stress’.

Lori couldn’t find time to work ON her busy company. She knew she needed to strategize and prioritise but she was stuck. Together we redefined her purpose, niche, strategic plan and goals and cut away everything that wasn’t moving her towards them. With this new, simpler plan we had time to create the content for a new programme and connect with her new audience. It also carved out more time for her to invest in her team and create a better work-life balance for herself. 

Cairo wanted to grow his business but was overwhelmed and struggling to give himself and his team the clarity and direction they needed. With individual and group coaching for his leadership team, we created a new business strategy, with clear goals and metrics that everyone could get behind.
